Vintage Jody Bergsma mat framed Lithograph

Jody Bergsma Limited Edition (7500) made lithograph. The quote on the front reads: "Laughter may not make the journey any shorter but it sure can lighten the load!" The frame measures 8 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 1 1/4" and I do not know if it is original to the picture. All appears to be in excellent condition EXCEPT that someone wrote on the paper on the back.
