jamielouise2004 @hdurden23 It looks like 22 inches across the chest. The material has stretch to it. I also measure from armpit to hem. Looks to be about 15 inches without being pulled straight. I added photos. There is also a blue one in my closet if you are interested. Let me know if I can do anything else for you!
