Hi, is the 12.5" waist the measurement when laying flat? How much does the waist stretch? Curious what size you are which is helpful to see the last photo! THanks

@jeng4810 Hi! Yes, the 12.5 inch measurement is laid flat. The waistband can be stretched to about 13.5-14 inches, I think. And I am a size 00 usually, with a 24.5 inch waist. I hope that helps! 😊😊
