NWOT because tag fell off at Target. I bought it thinking I could turn it into a skirt for me but the lace design makes that harder than I want. I’m a 6 or an 8 at Lilly and this actually fits my hips no problem. Wanted to match my Minnie but was more stitching then I can do.
