Handmade Tie Front Sweater w/ Balloon Sleeves M

You don't see a sweater like this everyday! I bought this in Eastern Europe from the shopkeeper who made it. Rich cream color with tie waist and exaggerated balloon sleeves. Handmade, no tags Barely worn Soft acrylic blend I think. I've hand-washed it cold and laid it flat to dry. Flat measurements: Shoulder to hem 23.75", Bust 18.5", Sleeve length from neck opening 24", Sleeve at widest point 10", Wrist 4", Tie 66" long. If you wear a medium, this sweater should fit.
