posh0posh0baby @juliesayhey I would definitely say they run big! If I wore an insert or really thick socks, I could probably get away with these, but they’d still slip. I’m typically a 7-7.5 depending on the shoe & I found that a 36 fit me best (I’ve never worn a size that small before!) If you’re usually an 8, I think these would work well for you.

posh0posh0baby @juliesayhey i also have a narrower heel though, so if you are a true 7 & wanted to wear thicker socks or put an orthotic in, that would probably do the trick as well!
