NWT Ralph Lauren White Cotton sleeveless Blouse w/ Black weaved Waist Strap. It has 2 center white cotton strings to tighten the neck if needed. Also as said there is a waist strap to keep shirt tight and stylish. Definitely a shirt that can be worn out but much rather been worn to a Christmas party or get together at a house; where people tend to be more at comfort. Great for looking good and lounging around. NWT & in excellent condition. Just a little wrinkled bc it was folded but never worn.
