jasminehalwa @alixsaige hey:) If you look at the full dress photo there’s a line in the from side hem to side hem. That line is 13” wide. on me it would fall about an inch and a half below my chest. (I will post photos with the measuring tape over the dress) Forever 21 is pretty true to size. Also keep in mind that the material is stretchy so my measurements are with it just laying flat. (Give me about 2 mins and Check out the photos ☺️😉)

alixsaige @jasminehalwa thank you, my bust is a 34-35 and waist is a 26-27, that area is where my weight fluctuates which is why I don't have a set measurement, by the size chart I'm a small but I'm not a fan of the un breathable skin tight feel but I'm worried about a medium being loose

jasminehalwa @alixsaige oh I see. As I mentioned the material is stretchy.. so it’s not like an inflexible fit. Honestly based off of yr measurements I think it would fit you well .. you sound like a size small to me..
