Black Floral Mini Dress

Was worn as a homecoming dress. Had padded breast inserts. Metal lining on the sweet heart neck line. The top is filled with red flowers and white leaves. Flares at the waist with black mesh material. Hits 2 inches above the knees. Has see through mesh on the sides. Black is zip up and has a tie in a criss cross pattern.
