Silky, soft, and smooth vibrant tie up cardigan

Long and silky vibrant dress cover up/ cardigan. 2 inches below the collar bone are black and the sleeves are black. The sleeves are 3/4 length. Everything below the two inches of the color one is tropical. Tons of vibrant 🌺 flowers. Only worn once or twice.
