Flared Caraz dress by Weston Wear from Anthropologie, size XS EUC. Worn a couple of times. It's a very stretchy material so could also fit a size small. Has a darling ruffle underlay with a small crinoline underneath to give it some volume on the bottom. Really cute dress for the fall belted with a pair of boots and a cardigan. 17 inches armpit to armpit. Ask me anything!
