coolthingstoo @benjaminmadsen Hello! The cuffs have very good elastic but I guess whether they fit tight or loose would depend on the size of the person’s legs/ankles. The approximate length of the pants are about 38 1/2 inches from top to bottom. The crotch to the bottom of the pants is approximately 26 1/2 inches. The waist to the crotch is approximately 12 inches. Hopefully that helps you! Thank you for taking the time to ask!
