Authentic Middle Eastern-Made Red Jeweled Dress

I got this dress while in Pakistan for travel. It was a handmade, custom dress with colors I chose. I wore it once and won’t need it. The design on the dress is exquisite and the dress is basically NEW! That being said it was expensive and I’ll only accept reasonable answers.
