CHARTER CLUB Dotted Blouse. Size Extra Small (Feels and looks more like a S/M). Excellent condition. Note a small pucker in the fabric (2nd to last photo)... impossible to see unless you're aware of it. Buttoned black V-neck with three gold buttons on the chest line. Expensive look and feel to this blouse. Nice length through torso. 3/4 sleeves. Small decorative slits in the sleeves and up the sides. Classy, sporty, and dressy blouse.
