@stmitjans hello- the fabric is a stretch fabric. I would say they are true to size. I wear a 29 and the 29 in this style fit me well.

@keila213 hello, yes these do have stretch they are made with their super cord stretch fabric. I wouldn’t compare them to leggings but they have comfortable stretch for a good fit. I can’t say exactly how much stretch in terms of measurement though, these do run true to size. Hope this helps!
