vivichiu822 @rosebeauty_posh no worries it’s 2.5 inches but the strap is more flexible in the back I haven’t had any customers with issue in the back hope this helps

rosebeauty_posh @vivichiu822 is that the inside of the shoe from the strap on each sides? I’m mainly concerned because my feet are so wide that they will be too wide for that section where the back strap is on each side
