vickirose42 @jodiebruno I’m so sorry for taking so long to get back to you. The across the chest measurement is 21 1/2”. The length from the neckline to the bottom is 23 1/2”.

jodiebruno @vickirose42 Thank you very much. You said the length from neckline to bottom is 23.5". I usually determine the length from shoulder to hem or bottom. ( just so I can tell the length better for me) 23" seems a little short, but I would guess it's a couple inches longer than that if you'd measure from the shoulder.
