Nearly new Talbot’s “Polar Bear” skirt

98% cotton velveteen, navy blue velveteen with white, black and red embroidered polar bears. Size 2. 20” in length with zipper and button closure. Worn twice at most. In excellent/nearly new condition. Machine wash cold. Two front pockets(still sewn shut) and 2 back welt pockets. Perfect winter/holiday skirt.
