mdefilippo68 @candie_sanchez Hi Candie, thank you for asking. No it is not "off shoulder" style, it is like spaghetti strap. The pic with the silver beads shows that shoulder strap in close up. The dress doesn't fit, otherwise I would provide a pic with it on. Hope this helps 🙂

mdefilippo68 @dixieming Hi, I'm so very sorry for the typo in the ad. The dress is size 14. Laying flat, the waist is 16" but stretched out to 18" because of the elastic band in the waist. Pit to pit is about 21" stretched.
