Mossimo strappy chunky heels

Strappy leather ( looking, maybe leather mix but feel like leather) sandal feel, small chunky heels. This is not the right shoe size for the shoe. That is why there is a little space in the back. These are an 11. So to me they look like they can easily for a 10. The foot pictured is a 9-10 depending on the shoe and brand if that helps for size.
