What is the measurement across the waist? How stretchy is it?

@amyhazell917 it measures 23 inches across and I would give it about 10% stretch... 2 inches ish. It is lined, so while the fabric has good pull to it, there's a seam for the lining that impedes the amount of stretch the fabric would normally allow for. I hope that helps! 💛
