Forever 21 Light Blue Velvet heels

These are stiletto heels from Forever 21. They are light blue and are a pretty velvet material. Never worn and are still attached. Size 5.5 - runs true to size (I am a 5 in most places and they are big on me.) *I just replaced the old photos. The tag has gone missing since I first listed these, but they are still brand new.
