robinana @awojo1964 ok, it looks to be 19-20” , flat lay not stretched. Because the smocking area is below, it kept pulling the armpits and I didn’t want to stretch it. Hope that helps. Let me know if you would like anything else

robinana @kabetchan the best I can attempt to explain is that the elasticized area is very close to the armpits and causes some pull down of fabric. If I were to stretch out the elasticized area, it would add approx 2-2.5 “ to the pit to pit measurement
