Vintage Mexican Cinco de Mayo Dress Size M L

Vintage floral embroidered dress made in Mexico. Elastic neck so dress can be worn on or off the shoulder. Tuck one side under an arm and wear it one shouldered, or both under the arms as strapless. Lots of room in the bust. Waist will stretch from 22" to over 32" comfortably. Skirt is 30" long. Excellent condition.
