vickimark Hi! Thanks for thinking of me already. When I asked you, you said the not-stretchy red quilted skirt I bought measured waist 13 inches laying flat and length 14". I have tried it on. I can go shorter in the length, but not any smaller than the 13" in the waist. What are the measurements for this skirt, please (and is the waist stretchy?)?

nicolle308 @vickimark the waist is stretchy (I had worn this skirt on top of bodycon dresses prior) but the length of the waist is 12” laying flat. The length of the skirt however is 15” laying flat.
