Unknown brand xl tunic, Red & black

The tags were missing on this top when I bought it, so I have no idea what brand it is. I’m estimating that the size is 14-16 (what I usually wear). It is a longer top, so great with leggings or slacks for a casual look. Sleeves are 3/4 length.
