elle1maz @kernme HI. I'm really sorry, but I don't know the measurements. I only go by how it fits me and the reviews I read...it definitely fits true to size and you can also wear a sweater underneath with no problem. The only thing...it's been in my trunk because I was going to sell it to a consignment shop, but changed my mind at the last minute. I have to check if I'm able to have it dry cleaned, and if not..it's still in great condition and I'd let you have it for a very good price!
