@mollydncr03 Hi! If you are a true medium width, I would say to stick with your normal size. I wouldnβt say they run big. They run true to size for me and the majority of the reviews I have read say the same thing and many people who sized up a half size said they wished they stuck with their normal size. They have a padded insole and so many reviews I have read mention how comfortable they were and how they were able to wear these for long hours without their feet hurting. Hope that helps a little!
