Selling this 100% authentic old speedy bag I bought from the LV store. Not sure of which speedy but this a great bag and has served me well for years and years! There’s is some fraying on the leather piping and the handles have gotten pretty tanned. But there are no holes or anything. I don’t have the dust bag or the key to the lock. Sorry, I lost a lot of the stuff when moving . I put a pic of me holding it to give an idea of the size

It’s a 25. Which means it’s 25 cm long😊😊. If you flip the pocket up there should be a date code on the tab underneath there. You should post a picture of it people will want to see it😁😁

@frenchy1973 I’m sorry I can’t find it? At one point I had this bag serviced by Louis Vuitton to replace all the piping and handles, could that date part have come off?

@jessjolly No they would leave it. Did you lift the entire pocket out of the bag? It’s up in the corner behind the pocket

@frenchy1973 so I was really confused why I couldn’t find the tab so I called LV and they said it depends on the craftsman that made it and since the speedys are made in the us Spain France , they don’t have a set place on where they put the number but it’s more for their own production process and not to prove authenticity

. They said that sometimes the tabs or controls numbers are underneath the lining so I’d have to cut the bag open if I really want to see it which I won’t do. They were able to send me my receipt from 2007 so I added that in the photos
