Coolest Vest/Shrug/Tunic/Poncho ever!

vest style shrug with fringe hem detail in charcoal gray slate blue print pairs beautifully with denim jeggings....(I flipped it inside out to solid gray side to see if I could get away with it)..can't remember brand-tag came off
