Love this dress by Miss Oops of California! Blue silky 100% Polyester with a black design. Big black buttons up the back (top only) and an elastic waist. Dolman or Batwing style 1/2 sleeves that are cuffed on the ends. The dress is sheer but does have a built in layer inside of the majority of the top. Shoulder pads. Great condition except for the tie that goes around the waist. It is coming unstitched a bit. Please see last photo. Tagged size 10, please refer to the measurements in comments.
