turtleowl @kiannagordon01 I would say a little of both. They definitely have stretch but they are leggings so they’re not oversized really. Very comfy and stretchy material :)

turtleowl @kiannagordon01 ok for the large, laying flat on the floor, the waist is 16.5” across and super stretchy, inseam is 29”. Do you want any other measurements? These really are very stretchy :)
