cbadcloset HI! First let me say this has dolman sleeves so it’s a little tricky to go pit to pit but loosely around 24”. Waist has elastic and is 16-17”. Shoulder to waist 18”. Waist to hem is 29”. Hip, I measured just below the pockets, was also 24”. I bought this dress for a special occasion and it is soft and comfortable but I never wore it, it’s NWT. I hope this was helpful!
