Swiss dot babydoll dress

Very cute babydoll dress with sleeves and a deep V. Fabric is a light swiss dot with a lining underneath, except for the arms. I've had this dress a long time and it is in used condition with wear noticeable at the armpits (see pic). I got a lot of compliments when I wore it so I've always hesitated to take it to Goodwill. Unfortunately I dont have any pics of it on and cannot model it. Waist- about 14.5in, a bit stretchy/elastic Pit to pit- about 16.5in Length- about 30in
