gmb101660 I placed an order on 11/23/2020, it took over a week for the item to be shipped. To date I have not received the item, the money has been withdrawn from my bank account & I have contacted Poshmark on several occasions & am told each time to wait 10 days, 14 days, etc. This was my first purchsae from Poshmark & my last! I am very disappointed with the seller & Poshmark for not investigating this. My package has been in Leigh Valley PO stuck with no additional tracking. Thank you for nothing!

waterlily1116 @gmb101660 I'm sorry your package hasn't arrived. This is the first time I've had a problem with a delivery. It was ordered on 11/17/20 and was mailed on 11/23/20 in the a.m. It arrived in PA on 11/27/20 and left there 11/30/20. Tracking stated it was in transit dated for delivery on 12/4/20. The last update still showed no delivery. I wasn't aware there was a problem until I received your text. If it doesn't arrive soon I will refund your money. I'm sorry this put you in a bind.

gmb101660 Thank you, I have sent an email to Poshmark requesting a refund as I spoke to the PO again today and they have no idear where it is. I know it's not your fault but I assumed I would have it by the end of November.

waterlily1116 @gmb101660 I'm not sure why you didn't. I hope someone didn't take it. But the USPS doesn't even show it delivered on the tracking. It was a nice piece too. I would be happy to reimburse you the money if it's not there by Friday just text me. I know it must be frustrating at this point. Sorry for inconvenience

gmb101660 I tracked the package again this morning and contacted the Post Office, they have no idea where it is with the exception it's in Lehigh Valley, PA. At this point I do not think it will be found and would appreciate a refund to my card on file. If you have the receipt and it was insured I was told you can file a claim at your local Post Office. Thank you

waterlily1116 @gmb101660 I contacted Poshmark Support to determine if they could help in any way. I gave them the tracking number but they have yet to get back to me. All payments go through Poshmark. I will contact them to arrange for a refund. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I'm going to follow up with Lehigh Post Office also.
