Elegant black and mint green dress/ballgown from Morgan and Co. Floor length, with a beautiful flower design with beading on the flowers. Ties at at back of the neck like a halter strap. One layer of tulle underneath to make the dress flare out slightly at the bottom. 100% polyester. Size 3. Worn literally once to a formal occasion and in great shape!
