jscloset29 @ladyleanna13 hi! The waist measurement is 14” wide when measured across as seen in the new picture I posted above (please ignore the photo quality). My waist is 27” at the most narrow point when I measured the tape going around my back and this dress fits great! As it is a wrap dress, it can be made slightly looser or tighter with the inner strings. Hope that helps!
