obsherry51 Thank you. I have a dress by Gianni Bini that is marked a medium. Laying flat the dress is measuring 19 across. What is this dress laying flat across? Sorry I just want to know if it will need to be altered.

bestbrandsold @obsherry51 Undetarm is 18 laying flat which is the widest portion. Then it narrows to 17. Then it flares out to 21 at the bottom. Hope this helps
