poshingpenny @newgirlcloset Hi. The waist measures approx 15” seam to seam lay flat. It’s a bit of an A-line flare so I’m not sure at which point to measure the hips. Please refer to the size guide above as it’s directly from the Lulu’s website for this skirt. Thank you! 🌸
