Beautiful Strapless High Low Dress for Prom, Formal, or Wedding

Gorgeous dusty blue strapless extra layered high low dress. Definitely semi formal. Perfect for a bridesmaid, prom, homecoming, beauty pageant, or any other event. I purchased to be a bridesmaid but broke my leg so it wasn't worn. It has NOT been altered at all. She was having a boots wedding with all the bridesmaids wearing different dresses in her colors but all with sandals. So, I do have a pair of sky blue sandals with rhinestones on them that I will be listing if interested. 👗❣
