Vintage 14K Yellow Gold 3-Stone Oval Amethyst & Diamond Birthstone Band Ring This unique gemstone ring is made of 14 karat yellow gold & features a gorgeous set of 3 oval-cut Amethysts with 4 accent diamonds set in between them in the center. Each stone has a beautiful hue of deep purple and they sparkle nice in the light. The band is a size 6 but can be resized by any qualified jeweler.
