Dress

It's a party dress — very fun and colorful! The skirt is pleated and has movement. The top front and straps and back are a sheer grey. You can see that it is not too sheer – no extra slip is needed. I am 5' 10.5" and the waist hits a little high because I have a longer torso. The dress is size Medium. It has a side zipper and a back button and loop closure. I measured the width of the waist using just the back, laying it flat, it was 14 inches.
