Striped Blouse

An off the shoulder striped blouse. Has elastic around the neck opening to possibly fit around your shoulders if you’d like. Would probably reach to your hips or above in length, depending on your height. I can’t remember actually wearing this. It’s been sitting in my closest for years now. In “like new” condition.
