Banana Republic halter tie sheath cocktail dress

This is a size 2 Banana Republic sheath cocktail dress with a halter tie and a white, navy, and orange striped pattern. It has a hidden zipper on the left side, subtle darting on the chest, and is fully lined in white. The fabric does not cling, so it is very flattering loose or belted. Both shell and lining are 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Only worn twice, like new condition with no tears or stains.
