I measured approximately 17.5" L to R Underarm with the top flat BUT I think the measurement could be a little deceiving b/c the sleeves have a slight mygar quality to them and the measurement appears wider than it is - a small medium. It has good stretch and contours toward the waist beautifully. Thanks for stopping by my closet.
