The measurements laying flat are approximately 16” chest (across the top back of dress) Between 13.5”-14” waist 18.5” hip I have a 34c chest and this fits comfortably. The hooks and snap could be moved to make it tighter. It maybe a smidge snug in the hip. Please let me know if you have any other questions 💜😍🦋🌈☀️!!
