@dancinsasa1978 I measured just underneath the waistband and then at the bottom of the pocket. The Small was approx 15" and 19.5". The medium was 16.5" and 20.25". Would you like me to measure across pit as well?

That's hard to understand. For Small- chest is between 32-35. Waist is between 26-28 and hips are between 35-38. For Medium, chest is between 35-37. Waist is between 28-31. Hips are between 38-40. Hope that helps.
