NWT, This vintage Coach bag is part of the Madison collection from the 90's, made in Italy and was never used. Brass closure and inside zip pocket, also a pocket on the back perfect for receipts, keys, etc. Shoulder strap is adjustable to your desired length. There is a crease in the front from being stored in my closet but I feel confident it will work itβs way out.

@innerbeauty1968 If you turn it upside down, you'll see it is "FS" meaning it was sold at a Factory Store. In the 80's Coach would occupy a vacant store for a period of only 3 or 4 days and have a massive sale. Women would wait in line, long before store opening and go crazy once inside since this didn't happen often. The original price of the purse was $298, which is also on the tag but did not show up in my pic) and the Factory Store price was $224. I hope this answers your question.

@busykittyfinds Thank you. Wasnβt sure when it was made. I know it was in the late 80βs and early 90βs that Coach would occupy vacant stores for 3 or 4 days and hold sales. It was during this time period that I bought it. 1995 sounds about right.

@llp3 The 5 in F5E prefix means it was made in 1995. The F means six month of the year, June. E Is the plant it was manufactured in which is the Italian plant. π
