Handmade Crystal necklace

99% sure that this necklace is made with silver since the tarnish comes off easily with a bit of rubbing, but since it’m not sure it’s priced as though it isn’t. The chain is definately not silver. Pendant is about an inch in length and is very pretty. Purchased from a boutique where all jewelry is handmade. ***PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE***
