Vintage Velvet Pencil Skirt Satin Vent Sz XS

- This skirt is in Excellent Pre-Loved condition - There are no visible rips or stains on it. A couple of spots where the velvet seems to have flattened a bit (please see all pictures). Lining is in mint Condition except one small red spot, but it does not affect the front of the skirt - Black. Colour may vary due screen resolution. - No fabric label but looks and feels like velvet. Vent extension seems like satin. - Measurement (flat) approx Waist: 12" Hip: 18" Length: 29" 🐶 friendly home!
